Electronic media keeps great significance in the world of today. It proves to be very vital in all walks of life. From information to education, from cooking to beauty tips and from business to politics, electronic media proves to be very powerful effective network. The impacts of all the programs and particularly entertaining segments are deep-rooted. The number of people who do not like to have TV is very small. A majority of the masses has it. The reason for such increasing number of viewers is that, people have no other way of diversion or pastime. Only electronic media proves to be a good companion to them:

Once, when the silver screen (cinema) was the only medium of showbiz, people used to visit cinema off and on. There were a very few crazy film fans who visited cinema house daily. The difference between silver and mini screen is very obvious. If people wanted to indulge or enjoy immoral things, they had to go to cinema. On the other hand with the TV, the filth has entered our domestic life unnoticeably.

It's a high time for everyone to take the stock of the situation. No doubt the development of technology and media is admirable. It can be great value for the protection and restoration of basic human rights. But unfortunately, it is siding with the mighty forces in the political sector. Nelson Mandela said,
