Published: 19:01 June 15, 2015 Staff Report   Dubai: Paid parking hours will change in the evening during the month of Ramadan across most parts of the city, operating from 7pm until midnight, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced. However, the timings in special zones, including Deira Fish Market, Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City and Knowledge Village, will remain the same. Working hours at the RTA customer service centres and vehicle testing facilities will also change for the month, while public transport will also operate under a new timetable.
